We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Manager to lead our team of Customer Service Specialists in delivering exceptional service to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Effectively manage remote staff, provide guidance, support, and training to empower team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and implement development plans to maximize team effectiveness.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the strategic accounts portfolio.
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of strategic accounts and identify areas for improvement.
