
Strategic Account Development Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering strategic deals to our clients. Your primary focus will be to work with our most significant mid-market clients through post-sales phases, from implementation to post-go-live account management.
You will collaborate with various teams across the business, including front-book sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your goal will be to quickly drive revenue by delivering strategic deals, upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with our key clients.
This role is ideal for technology enthusiasts who enjoy fintech and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be empowered to learn about our platform and solve complex problems, enabling you to work with customers, understand their needs, and provide value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Portfolio Revenue Growth: Build deep relationships with our key accounts to best understand their needs and provide value-based solutions utilizing our range of products and services.
- Deliver Strategic Deals: Work with our most significant mid-market clients through post-sales phases, from implementation to post-go-live account management.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
- Build Multi-Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive the best customer experience and share customer insights.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in enterprise or strategic account management, ideally in fintech or complex technology sales.
- Understanding lengthy sales cycles and nuances of enterprise relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience: Ability to simultaneously manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excited to learn technical concepts and become our internal product champion.
- Creative problem-solving skills: Think outside the box and navigate complex structures.
