
Strategic Account Development Manager

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with critical accounts. This position requires technical expertise, leadership, and program adoption management to drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders to expand engagement.
- Establish metrics frameworks to measure business value, coproduce strategic roadmaps, and encourage best practice adoption.
- Serve as an account advocate within the organization, managing escalations and coordinating with other teams.
- Use customer health insights to drive proactive action, mitigate risk, and leverage industry knowledge to share business benefits.
- Collaborate with sales and services to ensure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years in client success or account management.
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with conflict resolution and honest dialogue capabilities.
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure.
