Description
- Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for offering generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with talent and attraction strategy development and execution.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
- Support the management team with policy and procedure development.
- Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, driving best practice and conducting internal investigations.
- Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations.
Profile
- Previous experience within a similar capacity.
- Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on ER, Onboarding and developing internal policies and frameworks.
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources.
- Outstanding communication style and ability.
- Excellent use of own initiative.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills.
