Description



  • Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for offering generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting with talent and attraction strategy development and execution.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
  • Support the management team with policy and procedure development.
  • Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, driving best practice and conducting internal investigations.
  • Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations.

Profile



  • Previous experience within a similar capacity.
  • Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on ER, Onboarding and developing internal policies and frameworks.
  • Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources.
  • Outstanding communication style and ability.
  • Excellent use of own initiative.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills.
