Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate advice and coaching on HR-related matters.
  • Manage or support workplace investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to complete cyclical people activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • A valid C Class Driver's Licence.
