Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a full range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, remuneration, benefits, payroll, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and separation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Provide sound advice and facilitate human resources activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • HR Systems and Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain registers, HRMS systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Industrial Relations: Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and relevant legislation, providing expert advice as required.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with HR and Payroll-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support and guide stakeholders at various levels within the dedicated business units, fostering positive relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of relevant legislative, governance, and compliance requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
