Sales Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions products are specified.
  • Identify design consultants and engineering contractors involved in projects and maintain close contact to make us their preferred pump choice.
  • Arrange and conduct customer training and presentations, either on-site or in-office.
  • Provide feedback on potential product improvements and complaints, especially where new applications offer greater potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal engineering qualifications or strong business background.
  • Experience in the fluid handling industry (pumps) and industrial sector preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years in a business development/sales role.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing.
