Drive Revenue Growth with Strategic Business Development
Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive complete solution sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the renewable energy or electrical contracting industry
- Strategic understanding of demand creation, opportunity management, and market development
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and construction documents
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a Nationally Accredited Course
