Customer Success Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. This position involves driving revenue and sales growth, as well as customer advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and/or technical sales experience working in telecommunications and information technology. Experience in cyber security technologies is highly desirable, specifically selling managed security, assurance, testing, and consulting services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and sales growth and customer advocacy
  • Provide a confident and knowledgeable approach to sales and solutions at a senior/management level
  • Drive new sales and retention opportunities to completion

Requirements

  • A proven history of achieving/exceeding revenue, sales, and NPS targets
  • Ability to identify, engage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing customers
  • Customer success focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone, and face-to-face
