Lead Strategic Sales Executive Role

A seasoned sales professional is required to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and account management.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a motivated and achievement-driven individual to develop and execute sales strategies, manage and close opportunities, and build strong relationships with senior bankers in target segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive financial performance by executing effective sales plans and achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Development: Identify market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline to ensure annual sales targets are consistently met.
  • Account Planning: Develop and maintain short- and long-term account plans for both new and existing customers, addressing key client requirements to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Cycle Execution: Initiate and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and present proposals to clients and prospects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and maximizing opportunity potential.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 10–12 years of experience in software sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Minimum of 8 years selling into the financial services industry (e.g., banks, asset management firms, insurance companies).
  • Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 system integrators or software solution providers is highly desirable.
