We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across our mediahouse suite. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key media agencies, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating leads.
- Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, leveraging your expertise in digital, agency, and media.
- Coordinating campaign delivery to ensure exceptional client experiences and meeting advertiser expectations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A track record of achieving sales targets, combined with a strong understanding of digital, agency, and media, is essential. Experience in media or automotive sales would be highly regarded.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy 22 weeks paid parental leave, four weeks paid secondary caregivers leave, and six weeks paid gender transition leave.
