**Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work alongside business leaders to deliver people initiatives that elevate performance and build capability across the business. You'll collaborate with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that align with our goals, creating a high-performance culture and enhancing team member engagement.
You'll play a key role in coaching leaders on effective people management, performance, and culture. Your expertise will also ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and provide guidance on HR best practices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources / Business Partner role
- Experience working in a similar retail environment
- A degree or qualification in Human Resources (preferably)
