Key Role in a Major Transformation Program

The Opportunity:

Talent International seeks a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Manager to lead the development and implementation of change management plans for a large government body.

This exciting role will involve leveraging the organisation's Change Management methodology (PROSCI) and best practices to deliver impactful outcomes while building internal change management and leadership capabilities.

Key Activities:

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies, including impact analysis, communication planning, capability assessments, training design, stakeholder management, and communications.
  • Integrate change management strategies into overall project planning and execution.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the change management program, including budgets and resources.
  • Provide expert coaching and advice on managing change impacts and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across People, Culture & Engagement, Enterprise Change, Functional Training, and Business Partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in developing and implementing change programs.
  • PROSCI Change Management Accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of change and project management methodologies.
  • Experience in workforce capability analysis.
  • Expertise in training design and development.
  • Strong background in creating and delivering effective communication strategies.

Payscale: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
