This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic support to the business and work closely with employees and senior management to deliver effective HR services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting alignment of HR strategies with the overall business goals and objectives, understanding specific HR needs and challenges of allocated divisions, and developing appropriate solutions.

Prior experience in org design and workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, promotions & rotations, remuneration & benefit systems, processes and procedures would be highly desirable.

The salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as fully maintained motor vehicle, 14% superannuation, annual contribution to private health insurance and more.
