The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our leadership team and hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for organisational roles.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising and attracting suitable candidates through multiple forums.
  • Identify future hiring needs and develop targeted strategies to meet these demands.
  • Remain up-to-date on the requirements of various positions within the organisation and relevant legislation.
  • Answer enquiries from potential candidates and the general public about working for Respect, current job vacancies, and/or application status.
  • Assist with the onboarding of candidates, including confirmation of classification and entitlements in accordance with Respect's Industrial Instruments.
  • Support the leadership team and hiring managers with candidate screening, assessment interpretation, and interviews, as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment-related policies, procedures, and systems within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in an external agency or internal setting.
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including not-for-profit salary packaging and discounted private health insurance.
