About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated region, leading a team of sales account managers and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote brand awareness and product adoption across your region through targeted sales efforts and relationship-building initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
- Lead and mentor sales account managers, providing guidance on best practices and coaching to enhance their performance and skills.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, we are seeking an individual with:
- Proven experience in a similar sales leadership position, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional selling skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
