About This Role

  • This leadership position demands exceptional vision to drive operational and commercial excellence, fostering regional strategy for growth and process improvement.
  • As a key member of our executive team, you will collaborate to develop sales strategies and financial policies that enhance revenue.
  • You will lead strategic business growth through cross-functional teams, focusing on providing comprehensive solutions.
  • Pursue talent identification and development aligned with our regional strategy, optimizing departmental competence.
  • Enhance the Sales and Marketing function within the organization.
  • Coordinate total brand contribution and present monthly financial reports.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, implementing pricing policies and overseeing sales administration.
  • Maintain trade press relationships, develop, submit, and follow up on forecasts, business plans, and budgets, and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate new model introductions with the Product Planning Manager.
  • Participate in meetings, boards, and committees as requested.

Requirements

  • Bring extensive experience within the Transport Capital Equipment Industry, with Sales and Product Marketing responsibilities.
  • Exhibit strong general business acumen, with a proven track record of sustainable profit and growth.
  • Possess inspirational leadership qualities, with an ability to lead and build great teams, instill trust, and drive results to reach target goals and objectives.
  • Display a solid understanding of the transport and logistics industry, truck products, and knowledge of major competitors.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset, self-awareness, customer focus, and adaptability.
  • Show willingness to travel frequently domestically and abroad and work with international stakeholders.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in business or a relevant field, which would be highly regarded.
