We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within your designated territory.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets. You will act as the on-the-ground representative, requiring a proactive and hands-on approach with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.
This role involves prioritizing daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and other regional sales teams, you'll share field insights to ensure our technology continues to meet the needs of farmers.
Responsibilities- Sales & Customer Success Expertise: Value-based sales experience, with a strong history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships. You understand post-sales value building and have experience upselling to grow partnerships.
- Beef Industry Experience: Familiarity with beef operations, understanding the unique challenges of the industry is essential. If you don't possess this knowledge, you will be deeply passionate about it and willing to dive deep into farm operations to learn rapidly.
