Job Description

The Role of a Parts and Service Development Manager in the Northern Region is to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies. This individual will work closely with sales and operations teams to develop and implement plans for improving parts and service sales across the region.

  • Influence the development of business activities for parts and services across the Northern Region
  • Identify opportunities, and implement strategies to grow market share within the Parts & Service business
  • Analyse sales trends and other data – and then develop and implement marketing initiatives to deliver growth locally and nationally
  • Support the development, project management, and implementation of national parts and service business improvement initiatives
  • Conduct deep analytical reviews of sales territories to support local branch management in identifying areas of improvement and growth
  • Support branch management teams in coaching, leading, and mentoring regional parts and service sales teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills
  • Build stakeholder engagement and management skills
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking an individual with:

  • Experience in a similar role or Project Management/Dealer Development with a track record of growing and improving the business
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills (advanced Excel is a must)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business/engineering or trade preferred
  • Understanding of the mining/construction market will be an advantage but is not essential
  • Senior-level communication and presentation skills
