About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC. A 'make it happen' attitude, passion for leading and inspiring teams, and operational excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate store performance by achieving optimal sales targets, maintaining stock levels, visual merchandising, and effective wage control.
  • Motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in sales and added value targets.
  • Closely monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets, acknowledging success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage wage costs efficiently, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Cultivate high team morale through coaching and mentoring, ensuring training and succession plans are in place.

Salary and Location:
