The Chief Financial Strategist will lead MFI's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. This role partners closely with production, operations, and senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategies.

This strategic leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the organisation, influencing decisions that drive success.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team, directly impacting financial strategies and operational efficiency. With a focus on both hands-on management and strategic oversight, you'll be in a position to implement your ideas and drive process improvements from the ground up.

• Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide insights on performance.
• Daily Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Budgeting: Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Cost Control: Oversee costing activities and implement cost-control measures to optimize resources.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain internal controls.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and manage working capital for operational needs.

MFI Automotive offers a competitive salary package with opportunities for growth and professional development. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
