Role Summary

This is a key customer-facing position within our organisation, where you will be responsible for driving growth and renewal of our existing customer base.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working to identify expansion opportunities and ensuring we maintain a consistently high renewal rate.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure we maximise expansion opportunities.

">

- Drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities.

">

- Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers, connecting into our customer enablement, data operations, product and technical support teams as required to address customer requirements.

">

- Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure.

">

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong ability to engage and persuade.

- Ability to dynamically craft customised solutions that meet the needs of customers while capturing maximum value.

">

- Ability to pursue a structured, analytical and solution-oriented sales approach, combined with a high degree of enthusiasm to meet sales targets.
