Job Overview

Flexible Working Environment:
Our office is available for your use as needed, with a minimum expectation of working from our Sydney office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the launch of new products and partnerships, collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders to achieve product growth objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of product positioning and go-to-market messaging, continuously testing and optimizing for effectiveness.
  • Conduct and refine market, competitor, and customer insights to inform ongoing product development, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Design and implement enablement programs for Sales and Client Success, along with product marketing campaigns and communication strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives for channel and product partnerships.
  • Lead product showcase opportunities at major events sponsored by Reward Gateway.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to enhance return on investment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in product marketing for B2B solutions, preferably within complex product portfolios.
  • Background in developing and managing sales enablement initiatives.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a track record of crafting compelling product positioning and sales narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market intelligence and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in content creation across various formats and channels.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience in partnership marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, ideally Hubspot and Salesforce.

Interview Process

  • Initial telephone conversation with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • First interview with the APAC Marketing Director and Sales Director or Head of Sales.
  • A take-home presentation task.
  • Final interview and presentation of the task with our APAC Marketing Director, Director of Sales, and APAC Managing Director.
