About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Till, a leading integrated payment solutions provider. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Sales team to create and deliver on-brand, compelling materials that help win new business and support the team with up-to-date collateral across product, propositions, and thought leadership. You will also be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of materials across all channels, including print, digital, events, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the Sales team to create and deliver on-brand, compelling materials
  • Own the strategy and execution of materials across all channels
  • Develop partner and merchant proposals (pitches & RFP's)
  • Drive retention and engagement with partners & merchants via webinars and other thought-leadership strategies
  • Support the operationalisation of the role by setting up workflows and processes within the business
Requirements
  • Experience within the Finance, Payments or Tech world
  • Proven track record delivering sales enablement programs & marketing support
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Cross-channel marketing experience with a passion for creating a powerful brand
  • A hands-on, collaborative style and keen team player
  • Both marketing and commercial/sales acumen
