Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

At Reward Gateway, we're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our APAC marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for our products.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in product marketing, sales enablement, and marketing automation. Your expertise will help us develop and execute go-to-market strategies, create engaging content, and optimize our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and adoption.
  • Own and optimize product positioning and go-to-market messaging to resonate with our target audience.
  • Lead market, competitor, and customer insight gathering and analysis to inform ongoing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement sales enablement programs, product marketing campaigns, and communications programs to support new and existing product sales.
  • Collaborate with our sales and client success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret market and competitor intelligence.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives that resonate with customers.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM.
