The Role
We are seeking a Claims Management Expert to join our team in New South Wales, Australia. As a Technical Specialist, you will provide technical advice and feedback to Case Managers on legislation and claim management.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation, industry codes, and company policies. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities to review, develop, and modify processes and procedures to improve performance and customer experience.
