Salary Package

The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on the location and experience. Job Description

We are excited to have commenced operations in NSW partnering with icare to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers in New South Wales. This is a unique opportunity to join a new DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage interventions required to ensure high-risk cases achieve the best possible recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
  • Apply advanced injury and return-to-work management skills, together with exceptional stakeholder management skills, to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sound background in claims management experience in the NSW worker's compensation scheme.
  • Experience in preparing and attending claims reviews and clinical case conferences to effectively facilitate outcomes.
  • Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to injuries.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
