We are seeking an experienced Executive Claims Management Specialist to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. The successful candidate will manage a team of claims management and support personnel to achieve processing, quality, return to work and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the claims process to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and quality.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, medical practitioners and other external parties, to ensure smooth claim resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing claims teams and processes in the NSW workers compensation scheme.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $95,000 - $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
