As Senior Claims Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in Work Capacity and Section 38. Your key duties will include working alongside internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, completing internal reviews, and supporting capability uplift through coaching and training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with claims operation teams to provide tailored advice on Work Capacity and Section 38">
  • Develop and utilise reporting tools and procedures to drive outcomes and increase capability">
  • Complete internal reviews of work capacity decisions in line with legislative requirements">
  • Conduct quality reviews to identify areas for development and implement actions to address capability or process improvements">
  • Deliver coaching and training to support capability uplift across case managers, decision reviewers, and leaders">
  • Foster strong relationships with internal customers through proactive engagement and support">
