Your New Role
As the Senior Claims Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing a team of claims management and support personnel to achieve processing, quality, return-to-work, and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of claims professionals to achieve high-quality claims outcomes.
- To develop and implement effective strategies for managing claims and improving return-to-work outcomes.
- To maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, medical professionals, and clients.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- To provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience within leading in the NSW worker's compensation scheme.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to injuries.
- A proven track record of achieving high-quality claims outcomes and improving return-to-work rates.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.

Salary Information
Base salary: $120,000 per annum.
