Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Learning and Development Coordinator to provide support to the Learning and Talent Development Manager in implementing a range of L&D initiatives, systems, and processes in line with GPT's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively organise and track the scheduling and delivery of learning activities across the Group nationally.
- Build strong working relationships with client businesses and functions, regularly advising them of learning and development opportunities.
- Expertly manage the learning management system (LMS) and play a proactive role in the new LMS system upgrade and implementation.
- Respond promptly to L&D queries from a diverse range of stakeholders across the business.
- Support and assist the L&TD Manager in liaising with external providers to schedule learning and development courses, programs, events, and activities.
- Undertake data creation, analysis, and reporting for a range of Group requirements, including risk, compliance, sustainability, and the annual report.
- Develop and implement internal processes and procedures for the effective and efficient coordination of L&D activities.
