About the Role

Pitcher Partners Sydney, a Professional Chartered Accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing training activities to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Learning and Development
  • Design and develop training programs that align with the firm's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Work with partners and team leaders to roll out and manage bespoke workshops.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Facilitation and Coaching
  • Provide coaching that aligns with learning needs assessment.
  • Develop and facilitate interactive workshops that build emotional resilience and performance under pressure.
