Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play an essential part in supporting and coordinating the successful delivery of our training programs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our learners.
Salary: $400 + Super/Daily rate
Job Description:
In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop detailed plans for delivery, ensuring all logistics are arranged. You'll also assist the Learning and Development Leadership Team with escalations related to Compass, our Learning Management System (LMS).
You'll build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage contracts and compliance. Additionally, you'll oversee the Compass LMS administration, including creating processes, managing workflows, and acting as a go-to system expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Learning Administration role or similar position.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience managing an LMS, preferably Compass.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within structured organizational processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing vendor contracts and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Meticulous in handling data and documentation, with a natural ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service at all levels.
