About You

To be successful in this role, you will need strong time management and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment. You will also require strong computer literacy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new employees in Microster accurately as per employment contracts.
  • Manage Australian and New Zealand inboxes, including assignment and triage of emails.
  • Making amendments to employee rosters as required across all cost centres in Microster.
  • Perform manual Microster processes that assist Payroll and the National Labour Centre with timely and accurate allocation and payroll calculation.
  • Conduct audits on data within the workforce management system.
  • Action changes to future rosters by amending the 'roster designer.'
  • Assist the National Labour Centre Manager with unplanned absence management, including creating letters to be issued to employees.
  • Assist WFM Systems Manager with Microster configuration.
  • Create user documentation and process documents.
  • Communicate with sites as required at direction of the National Labour Centre Allocators.
