We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Labour Force in Prestons. As an ideal candidate, you will have minimal transport experience with a can-do attitude, willing to grow and learn in a successful environment.

About the Role

This part-time administration clerk position involves data entry, customer enquiries, driver paperwork, and allocations. You will work closely with the Administration Supervisor to assist with the day-to-day functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate driver/warehouse paperwork
  • Complete COR Forms
  • Update store orders

In addition, you will be required to complete tasks such as updating store orders, consolidating driver/warehouse paperwork, and completing COR Forms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have previous office administration experience or have used SWIMS – preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft programs, i.e., Outlook, Excel On Demand – preferred but not required.

  • Previous Refrigerated Transport and Warehousing experience is highly desirable.
  • Must have a minimal amount of transport experience with a can-do attitude willing to grow and learn in a successful environment.
