">The Role
">This National Labour Centre Support Officer role assists allocators with daily administrative tasks within the national labour centre. The primary objective is to understand the Qube Workforce Management Systems (Microster) and leverage it efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Accurately set up new employees in Microster as per employment contracts">
- Manage Australian and New Zealand inboxes, including assignment and triage of messages">
- Making amendments to employee rosters as required across all cost centres in Microster">
- Perform manual Microster processes to support Payroll and the National Labour Centre with timely and accurate allocation and payroll calculation">
- Conduct audits on data within the workforce management system">
- Action changes to future rosters by modifying the 'roster designer'">
- Assist the National Labour Centre Manager with unplanned absence management, including creating letters to be issued to employees">
- Support WFM Systems Manager with Microster configuration">
- Create user documentation and process documents">
- Communicate with sites as directed by the National Labour Centre Allocators">
