The primary purpose of this role is to assist the National Labour Centre allocators with daily administrative tasks within the national labour centre. You will be responsible for setting up new employees in our Workforce Management Systems (i.e. Microster) accurately as per employment contracts.

This role requires a strong understanding of our Qube Workforce Management Systems, including Microster. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new employees in Microster
  • Managing Australian and New Zealand inboxes
  • Making amendments to employee rosters
  • Performing manual Microster processes
  • Conducting audits on data within the workforce management system

You will be working closely with the National Labour Centre Manager and WFM Systems Manager to ensure timely and accurate allocation and payroll calculation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands.
