Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our North Coast Veteran and Family Hub, driving strategic growth and operational excellence in service delivery.
- Service Excellence: Prioritise customer-centred care, ensuring veterans and their families receive exceptional support through empathetic and flexible approaches.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee hub operations, managing staff performance, workforce planning, and effective resource allocation to meet service standards and quality benchmarks.
- Team Collaboration: Foster cross-functional teamwork to achieve organisational goals, collaborating on projects that drive positive outcomes for our community.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to client record management policies, documentation protocols, and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven leadership experience in team management, performance coaching, and employee wellbeing.
- A minimum 3 years of consumer or service delivery experience in a management capacity.
- Strong understanding of the veteran, family, and ex-service organisations (ESO) sector.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive programs and decision-making.
- Able to balance commercial outcomes with customer experience, mitigating risks effectively.
- Qualification in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- Australian working rights.
We offer a competitive $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with:
