The Role

This critical leadership position will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our new North Coast Veteran and Family Hub, ensuring exceptional customer-centric care for veterans and their families.

As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and collaboration across departments to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Excellence: Foster a client-centric approach, actively seeking feedback and continually improving services to meet the evolving needs of veterans and their families.
  • Operational Efficiency: Effectively supervise and support staff to ensure seamless service provision, high standards of care, and effective workforce management.
  • Team and Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational goals and produce positive results for our clients.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to client record management policies and protocols, particularly regarding documentation and correspondence.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities.
  • Consumer or Service Delivery Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a management capacity within the consumer or service delivery sector.
  • Veteran, Family, and ESO Sector Understanding: Strong understanding of the Veteran, Family, and ESO sector, including its challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication and Influence Skills: Excellent communication, influence, and programme driving skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make decisions that balance commercial outcomes with customer experience, considering potential risks.
  • Educational Qualifications: Qualification in Business, Finance, Management, or related discipline.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Australian Working Rights: Eligibility to work in Australia.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
