Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Client Services Manager to lead our cleaning operations in Tweed Heads, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing high-performance teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Manage and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to deliver excellent service outcomes and meet performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, risk management procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and operational issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of our Business Management System.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering customer service excellence in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Current NSW driver's license, Working With Children Check, and Police Check.
  • Strong leadership ability and capacity to build relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of service delivery best practices, with a focus on cleaning services.
  • Competency in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service targets.
  • Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and ability to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
