Salary Package

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $101,947 to $112,849 p.a., plus an employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Additionally, you will enjoy four weeks' annual leave per year of service, as well as opportunities for learning and development and internal career progression.

Job Description

This Residential Services Manager position is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering business outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

As a Residential Services Manager, you will provide guidance, training, and leadership to Client Service Teams, drive change and develop team strategies, manage Key Performance Indicators, and provide expert and reliable advice on relevant operational policies to internal and external stakeholders.
