About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join our team in Tweed Heads, NSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Delivery:

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their cleaning services are delivered to the highest standard, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    You will ensure that all site cleaning operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize business impact.

  • Team Leadership:

    You will lead a high-performing team of cleaning professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.

  • Operational Excellence:

    You will oversee site cleaning operations, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

    You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in managing teams and delivering customer service excellence in cleaning or facilities management.

  • A current NSW driver's license, WWC, and Police Check.

  • Strong leadership ability and the capacity to develop relationships at all levels.

  • Knowledge of service delivery best practices, with a focus on cleaning services.

  • Competency in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and service targets.

  • Solid understanding of HSE requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with legislation.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
