Job Overview
This leadership role will oversee the North Coast Veteran and Family Hub, ensuring high-quality customer-centred care for veterans and their families. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will focus on strategic and operational elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Excellence: You will keep veterans and their families as the focal point of all activity, actively seeking to improve service through consultation and continual improvement.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational management of the Hub, supervising staff to meet service provision requirements, high standards of care, and effective workforce management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate in working groups to achieve organisational goals and produce positive results for veterans and their families.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to client record management policies and protocols, especially regarding documentation and correspondence.
About You
- You have experience in leading and motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities.
- You possess minimum 3 years of consumer or service delivery experience in a management capacity.
- You have a strong understanding of the Veteran, Family and ESO sector.
- You can communicate, influence, and drive programs effectively.
- You are able to make decisions balancing commercial outcomes with customer experience, mitigating areas of risk.
- You hold a qualification in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- You possess Australian Working Rights.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum
