Infinite Aged Care is a leading provider of residential aged care services across Australia, committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Assistant to join our team in this permanent part-time role.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of service and care. Working closely with our Head Chef and the Hotel Services team, you will be involved in food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with fellow team members to coordinate meal service and maintain a smooth operation.

About the Role:

  • Assist the cook and chef manager in preparing high-quality meals.
  • Engage with residents to create a warm and inviting dining environment that enhances their overall experience.
  • Clean kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment.
  • Excellent safety awareness – adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Work effectively with the team to maintain a safe and respectful workplace.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen environments.
  • A genuine sense of care and compassion, especially during mealtimes.
  • Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A hardworking and flexible attitude with good availability.
