About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong leadership skills, compliance expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee site cleaning operations, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets are met. Additionally, you will mentor and develop team members, focusing on internal growth and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality cleaning services as per contractual obligations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and clients.
  • Oversee Site Operations: Oversee site cleaning operations, driving efficiency and productivity to meet KPIs and performance targets.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Mentor and develop team members, focusing on internal growth, training, and succession planning.
About You:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams and delivering customer service excellence in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Compliance Expertise: Current NSW driver's license, WWC, and Police Check required.
  • Strong Leadership Ability: Strong leadership ability and capacity to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Service Delivery Best Practices: Knowledge of service delivery best practices, with a focus on cleaning services.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Meet Targets: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and service targets.
