Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kinetic IT. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and identifying new sales opportunities in target industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in target industries
- Fostering strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Leading sales opportunities by developing plans and securing necessary approvals
- Representing KIT with industry stakeholders at conferences and exhibitions
- Cultivating partner relations to ensure successful business execution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience in the ICT sector, including selling or delivering enterprise services to varied industry sectors
- Experience working with complex dealings and prospects, partnering with SME's to each area of growth
- A developed network of professional contacts in the region
- A proven background in the development of services opportunities, transforming prospects into sales
