About The Role
The Gold Coast Area Leader will oversee all Yo-Chi Gold Coast stores, leading and mentoring Venue Leaders and their teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing High-Performing Teams
Develop and lead high-performing teams passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences.
Supporting Recruitment and OnboardingSupport the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and leaders, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
Driving Sales and Profit GrowthWork with Venue Leaders to drive sales, COGs, labor, and profit & loss results, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Managing Store OperationsManage weekly reporting between stores and the Support Team, ensuring all stores are operating in line with company procedures and operational standards.
Implementing Local Marketing InitiativesWork with the Marketing Leader to identify and implement local marketing opportunities, promoting the Yo-Chi brand and driving customer engagement.
About You
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Gold Coast Area Leader. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a multi-site role within the food retail or QSR industry. Key skills and qualities include:
