Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of Store Managers and staff to achieve business targets and outcomes
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided every day, both in-store and online
  • Read, analyze, and interpret business reports to deliver on all business targets and outcomes
  • Embed exceptional operational and visual merchandising standards
  • Role-model a 'safety first' culture in our stores
  • Open new stores and oversee all refurbishments
