Main Responsibilities- Deliver Sales and Profit Targets: Execute pricing strategies and manage a set call cycle to maximize productivity and achieve sales and profit targets within budget.
- Build and Enhance the Portfolio: Develop and implement strategies to build and enhance the WG&S portfolio through distribution, activation, and visibility.
- Negotiate Promotions and Displays: Negotiate additional promotions and displays at a store level to increase share of space and visibility of WG&S brands.
- Manage Trade/Brand Spend: Manage trade/brand spend and operating costs in line with budget and operational guidelines.
- Provide Market Intelligence: Activate and analyze promotion/activation activity and share information/learning across the business, proactively reporting on competitor activity and market intelligence.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achievement within a sales capacity, ideally within the beverage alcohol sector.
- Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and partnering capability.
- Proficient IT Skills: Proficient IT capability, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Customer Relations Management systems.
- Highly Literate and Numerate: Highly literate and numerate with strong capability in presentation and influencing skills (written and verbal).
- Strong Relationship Building Skills: Strong relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Customer Relations Management System Experience: Experience with Customer Relations Management systems.
- Drivers Licence and RSA: Drivers licence and current RSA in local State or Territory.
