As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing all staff at your location to achieve maximum efficiency, drive utilization and sales, and support business strategic direction.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the vehicle rental industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated effective usage of interpersonal skills, with a strong communication style to coach staff in selling to customers and providing exceptional service.
- Desire to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven ability to exceed customer expectations in terms of service and quality of product offered.
- Promotion of a professional, enthusiastic, and flexible manner when dealing with customers, staff, and the SIXT Australia brand.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and people management skills to motivate and inspire your team.
- Highly developed ability to solve problems, think critically, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively during periods of high demand and stress, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- Experience in negotiation, handling conflict and confrontation, and facilitating resolution.
- Proven experience in working as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
- Current Full Driver's Licence, with the ability to work in Australia.
